New subscribers get a 14-day full refund on their first paid month if StockMail isn't for them. After that, billing is non-refundable but you can cancel any time and keep access until the period ends.
If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, email hello@stockmail with your account address and we will issue a full refund within 5 business days, no questions asked.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the current period. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
If StockMail ever offers an annual plan, the same 14-day guarantee applies. After day 14, prorated refunds for the unused portion are available on request, minus a 10% administrative deduction.
If StockMail is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to a fault on our side, email us — we'll credit your next month or refund the affected portion at our discretion.
Please email us before opening a chargeback; almost everything can be resolved in a single round of correspondence and chargebacks risk suspension of the underlying account.
Refund requests: hello@stockmail.
